Boot Camp is the heart and soul of Bodyworks. We run camps around Taipei several times a day for women of all kinds of fitness levels.

Designed to help women feel good about their bodies, Bodyworks Boot Camp is not an 'in-your-face-hard-core' military style boot camp. We're a fun and friendly fitness program that is designed for women to progressively challenge themselves. Our goal is for you to succeed each session and increase your fitness!
How it Works
Women buy a Boot Camp Pass good for 12 sessions for 5000NT. The
sessions must be used within six weeks, which is not a problem as classes are held everyday around town (see
schedule). This is to make sure you keep up with your exercise commitment and is the best way to see the results you want. A
health form must also be completed before joining a Bodyworks Boot Camp. Download our
health form, fill it in, and then bring it to the first session.
Every time you attend class, one of the boxes on your card is filled in. It's that easy. Classes take place rain or shine in parks around Taipei. We have a great selection of locations from Tien Mu to downtown all with areas that are good for rainy days.
